Gerhard Weiss is a seasoned software architect, application designer, and team leader with 25 years of experience in the software development industry. He specializes in Windows 7, VB 2008, VSS, SQL Server 2005, IdeaBlade ORM, BOS, DevExpress UI Components, Red Gate SQL Tools, Sunbelt PL/B, ISAM, WinAPI, COM, and ActiveX. Throughout his career, Gerhard has held leadership roles in software development teams, and has excelled in project management, mentoring, and community building. He has experience in all phases of software application development, from requirements gathering to database design, technical writing, testing, and deploying applications.
