With a strong background in behavioural decision sciences, design, computing, and evolutionary computing; Gerard is a Homo-Heuristicus who has a social conscience and a mission to impact one billion people by providing access to marketplaces, energy, water, and food. Gerard has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Stanford Peace Innovation Lab, where he developed innovative, breakthrough solutions in social entrepreneurship and bottom-of-the-pyramid (BOP) markets. He was also a Social Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, where he developed strategies for building successful social enterprises.
