Gerard McNeely

Gerard McNeely is a Partner in the London M&A Tax team of PwC with 21 years of experience. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW, specializing in tax due diligence, M&A structuring, and advisory services for large corporate and private equity clients. Gerard has a background in UK and international mergers and acquisitions, including buyer/seller due diligence, international structuring, capital market transactions, and refinancing transactions. He was seconded to PwC's UK tax desk in New York and has experience in providing international tax structuring advice to US parented clients. Gerard has also completed a short secondment to the tax team of International Power.
