Additionally, as the managing director and improvement consultant at Impactara Ltd, he brings Lean, Agile, and Digital problem-solving solutions to SMEs, SEs, and charities. Gerard also serves as a trustee of a local charity and provides business mentorship to sports clubs, showcasing his commitment to driving positive change at both a local and global level.

Throughout his career, he has held various roles in different organizations, including positions at Interface, On Purpose London, Lightful, and Shell, where he served in roles ranging from Business Analyst to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
