Gerald Mullally

Gerald Mullally is a senior government official and business executive with extensive experience in communications and public affairs. He previously served as the Director of the UK Prime Minister's Office and Cabinet Office Communications, responsible for the UK Government Communication Service's international work.14 In this role, he delivered communications capability building programs for governments in Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.1
More recently, Mullally transitioned to the private sector, taking on leadership roles in the quantum computing industry. He was appointed as the interim CEO of Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) in May 2024, replacing Ilana Wisby.23 Prior to this appointment, he served as the vice president of OQC's commercial division.2
