Gerald Fullam is a highly skilled front-end web developer with a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. He has a diverse background, with extensive experience building and optimizing large-scale enterprise applications, and specialized knowledge in design systems, programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, W3C standards, responsive web design, and accessible web development.

Fullam has achieved an A.A.S in Visual Communication from Sinclair Community College, and has also completed studies in Motion Picture Production and Mass Communication at Wright State University.

He has worked in several organizations, including his current role as an Advanced Software Engineering Manager at Kroger, where he has substantial experience with project management methodologies such as OKR and agile, pipeline automation, version control, performance optimization, and test-driven development. Fullam has also held previous roles at LexisNexis, Standard Register (now Taylor Communications), Cox Media Group Ohio, and Fullam Photography, where he has developed his expertise in web development, multimedia production, data and graphics reporting, and internet content production.

Fullam’s fluency in vanilla JS, the DOM, and native event handling enables him to excel in modern web frameworks for building components and handling state management. He is also dedicated to promoting best practices and contributing to Stack Overflow, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with the developer community.
