Georgina Harley

Georgina Harley is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles at top organizations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie University's Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science from The Australian National University, and has also studied at General Assembly and IMD Business School.

Georgina has a rich professional history, having served as a Board Member at Sheffield Haworth and previously as the Group Managing Director - Head of New Services and Sectors at the same organization.

Her tenure at Mercer includes significant roles such as Program Leader for Global Talent Product/Service Strategy, Career Business; Programme Director for Consumer HR Products & Innovation, Europe Career Business; and Innovation & Product Development Director for Mercer A/NZ.

She has also held positions at Mercer A/NZ as Corporate Strategy Leader, Business Leader for Career Products Business, Client Management Leader for Career Product Business, Product Manager, and Analyst in the Career Products Business division.

Prior to her roles at Mercer, Georgina worked as a Personnel Officer at the Australian Bureau of Statistics and gained coaching experience as a Swimming Coach at the Australian Institute of Sport Swim School and a Rowing Coach at Radford College.
