Georgi Gruew

Lawyer, attorney and art historian. I am having several years of experience and education in matters related with corporate law, IP law, civil law and art history (mostly modern and contemporary art history).

Georgi Gruew is a professional with a diverse career in law and art history, with a decade of experience in areas such as corporate law, public assistance, community law, civil law, commercial law, and intellectual property law. He has supported startups and investment funds, managed international transactions, and led teams. His involvement in public-funded projects includes those funded by the European Union budget. Alongside his legal work, he has coordinated various art projects, acted as a curator, coordinator, and designer, and been engaged in fundraising and project promotion. Currently, he focuses on legal activities as a member of the legal department staff at SWLEX sp. z o.o., a Poznań-based law and accounting firm serving entrepreneurs in modern industries.
