George Witchek

George Witchek is a multifaceted professional with experience in customer research, merchandising, project management, supply chain, plant start-ups, and operations. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign graduate worked for an industrial supplier and in the food industry in both the United States and China before joining McMaster-Carr, a leading industrial supply company. At McMaster-Carr, Witchek serves as a Customer Research Analyst, helping the company meet customers’ needs while promoting data-driven decision-making. Previously, he supported the start-up of two manufacturing facilities for OSI Industries, working with prestigious brands such as McDonald's and Chipotle. Witchek is a diligent and skilled collaborator with a focus on detail, continuous improvement, and challenging the status quo.
