George Hislop

George Hislop is an accomplished professional with vast experience in the health plan consulting space. He is currently the Vice President of Technical Consulting at Catalyst Solutions, LLC, where he has been instrumental in helping health plans operate more efficiently, reduce risks, and manage change. George has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Calgary, which equips him with the necessary knowledge and skills to steer financial matters for health plans.

Mr. Hislop has previously held significant positions at The TriZetto Group and Knowledge Alliance, where he served as the Director of Technical Architecture, Trainer (MCT), Technical Writer, and Application Developer. He is also a seasoned trainer with extensive experience in delivering training programs for diverse audiences.

Throughout his career, George has helped health plans drive down costs per member, improve auto-adjudication, select, implement, support core and ancillary systems and optimize business processes, among other things. He is an expert in strategy, new line of business (LOBs), market expansion, plan operations, technology road-mapping, organizational design, quality assurance/testing strategies, execution, and assessments, tool optimization.
