George Hendley

George Hendley has over 40 years of professional experience in the corporate and nonprofit arenas, with a focus on financial services and healthcare industries. He is an expert in coaching communication skill development, emotional intelligence development, and recruiting and mentoring team members towards business and personal success. Hendley has a Bachelor of Theology, Biblical Studies degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from East Carolina University. He has received numerous accolades for his work, including being a two-time Diamond Award winner for Wiley Publishing selling and delivering workshops for over 25 years on DiSC and other personality assessments.

Hendley is the founder and president of The Speakers Academy and former president and owner of Doulos Cleaning Company. He has also worked as a director of organizational development at RSG Health Services and director of education and physical rehabilitation at James J. Mahoney, D.O. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Hendley has also been a podcast guest on numerous occasions, sharing his expertise with listeners.
