Associate Director, Sales and Business Development

• Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of +50 training program with a team of +15 consultants in GCC region, pertaining to Corporate Finance, HC Management, LD strategies;
• Consulting services on large corporations on Learning and Development roles, corporate culture changes and increasing competitiveness;
• Conducting detailed Market Analysis and research on product placement;
• Leading a team of experienced Training Consultants into challenging market environment to aid Leoron's partners in competitiveness increase;
• Applying globally approved PM regulations to standardize industry requirements in Training, Consulting on corporate transformation, Learning and Development of Human Capital;
• Manage and coordinate sales related activities of multiple sales teams and senior sales managers
• Participate in the monthly Management meetings chaired by the MD or GM together with the other Heads.
• Provide effective coaching for each team member in order to achieve higher results.
• Facilitate best practice sharing in the business unit.
• Initiate new programs within the industry or area of my responsibility.
• Create a culture of high performing teams, customer service and innovation within the Sales Teams.
• Manage existing accounts and expand the client base of high profile clients.
• Drawing up a training plan along with the Training Departments
• Working with training departments to develop suitable content for the courses
• Producing training programs within the frame of the organizations budget
• Prepare feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments
• Track and monitor the effectiveness of the T&D programs using the appropriate tools and assess improvements and areas of focus on a regular basis
• Provide accurate revenue forecast to the MD on a weekly basis.
• Work with marketing department to design and manage marketing campaigns including, email, online, social media
