Geoffrey McFarlane

Geoffrey McFarlane is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience in strategy, operations, and finance, primarily in the real estate and hospitality industries. He began his career in real estate investment and development, creating over $200MM in real estate in Denver, CO, and helping finance three restaurants, a hotel, and high-end cocktail bars. He then co-founded and served as COO/CFO of Club W Inc, which rebranded as Winc and provides direct-to-consumer wine subscription services. He transitioned to CEO in 2018 and continues to lead the company. His specialties include budgeting, financial analysis, sales team management, fulfillment, and general operations.

McFarlane earned a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and studied real estate elsewhere. Prior to creating Winc, he served as the Head of Operations at Banctek Solutions, co-owner of Jet Partners Hospitality Group, and Managing Partner of Elm Development. He also founded Play Coed.
