Geoffrey Maines

Geoffrey Maines is an experienced test engineer with a passion for custom equipment design, measurement systems, and automation. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ottawa and earned both his Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Applied Science degrees.

Mr. Maines has an impressive work history, including positions at Waymo, Cruise, and Tesla. At these companies, he served as a Senior Hardware Test Engineer, and Staff Test Engineer, among others. He is skilled in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC, Allen-Bradley, and National Instruments.

His expertise includes designing custom equipment, measurement systems, and automation. Mr. Maines has extensive experience in Hipot, Resistance, Continuity, Leak, Functional, Burn-In, End of Line (EOL) Testing, Keysight, and more.

In addition to his work experience, Geoffrey has experience as a teaching assistant at the University of Ottawa.
