Geoffrey Euston

Geoffrey Euston is a seasoned professional serving as the Senior Vice President in the Advisory and Transaction Services division at CBRE.

With a career spanning over two decades, he is an expert in developing and executing real estate strategies for a diverse clientele including corporations, educational institutions, government entities, not-for-profit organizations, and entrepreneurs.

Geoffrey's journey with CBRE began in 2014 through the acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty, a firm he had been dedicated to since 1998.

His entry into the real estate industry dates back to 1994 when he started as a real estate consultant with Scribcor, Inc., showcasing his deep-rooted experience and knowledge in the field.

Geoffrey Euston is also actively involved in philanthropic endeavors alongside his wife Angie, particularly focusing on promoting youth education and character development.

He pursued his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Sewanee-The University of the South, laying a solid educational foundation for his illustrious career.

Apart from his role at CBRE, Geoffrey has held advisory positions at ReaLync Corp. and served as a member on various boards including the Babson Center Advisory Board at Sewanee: The University of the South, MEF Board of Directors at Midtown Educational Foundation, and John Austin Cheley Foundation.

His contributions extend to COLBA- Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association, where he was a member of the Board of Directors, and his previous role as a Senior Vice President at U.S. Equities Realty, LLC, showcasing his diverse experience and expertise in the real estate sector.
