Geoff Webb, a seasoned Recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience, has established himself as a leading sourcing and talent community management expert in Canada. He has served in various positions, including CEO of SocialHR, Global Innovation and Technology Leader at TrueBlue Inc., and Talent Branding and Technology Strategist at Organon. Currently, as the Global Talent Brand Leader for Organon, Geoff leads the Strategy Office, focusing on Recruitment Marketing, Employment Branding, DEI&B, Future Talent, and HR Tech, where he develops and executes innovative strategies. Furthermore, Geoff is the only Canadian Master Sourcer and has been invited to speak on Sourcing and Social Recruitment at various events worldwide.
