He has held various roles in esteemed organizations including serving as a Tech Scout at the 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command and as an Advisor at J2 Ventures.

Geoff's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found FedScout and Eastern Foundry, where he served as the Co-Founder & Managing Partner.

His experience also extends to the military where he held positions such as Spec-4 at the Army National Guard and Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps.

In the realm of consulting, Geoff has showcased his expertise as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and as a Consultant at Co-Creation Partners.

Additionally, he has served as a Tribal Engagement Officer at the Iraqi Transportation Network, demonstrating his versatile skill set and commitment to service.
