Genia Stevens is a marketing strategist, consultant, and public speaker with almost two decades of experience. She's the founder and Executive Director of Rock County Jumpstart, a strategic planning consultant at Belwah Strategy, and serves as the Board Chair of Collaboration for Good. Additionally, she was appointed to the City of Beloit's Equal Opportunity Commission in 2020 and currently serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence at Madison College's Goodman South Campus.

As a design thinking practitioner, Genia and her team at Belwah Media are skilled in working with mission-driven organizations in complex situations that desire a creative and thoughtful process for creating change. She's provided corporate training and marketing strategy development for clients like Jockey, LPGA, Chicago-Rockford Airport, Nielsen, Equifax, and Whole Foods.

Genia has extensive experience with nonprofit strategic planning and designing digital marketing and social media strategies with a focus on community outreach, community engagement, and fundraising. She's been named one of Wisconsin's most influential Black leaders, her marketing agency Belwah Media has been awarded the LGBT Business of the Year Award, and she's also part of the Forbes Agency Council.

Besides her professional achievements, Genia also engages with the community through her speaking engagements on topics related to digital marketing, entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, Black women in business, and LGBT issues. She's listed in Who's Who in Social Media, and her writing can be found on Forbes, Business.com, and Social Media Today.
