    Génesis Arlette Miranda Longo, formerly Miranda-Soto, is a professional with a diverse background in food, grocery, retail, and agriculture, born in Sinaloa, Mexico, and raised in South Phoenix, Arizona.

    She graduated with honors from Cornell University, majoring in International Agriculture and Development, with multiple business minors and a focus on economics and the food industry.

    Génesis has received several accolades, including being named the City of Phoenix' Most Outstanding Young Woman of the Year and the National Winner of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation's Youth Award in Business.

    Currently, she serves as the Head of Industry Marketing for Retail, eCommerce, and Consumer Goods at Talkdesk, a tech company specializing in customer service solutions, and collaborates with brands to enhance customer experiences and address retailers' challenges.

    Apart from her role at Talkdesk, Génesis is actively engaged as a content creator for various brands, including Aerie, Adrianna Papell, and Glamnetic, and is a proud ambassador for #AerieREAL.

    She is also the founding Chairwoman of Latinas in Tech (LiT) Houston, advocating for diversity in tech, and provides pro-bono marketing strategy consulting for minority-owned businesses on social media and selling to younger generations.

    Passionate about DE&I initiatives, Génesis conducts pro-bono social media management and content creation for organizations like her church plant, Family Life Church Austin, and Doodle Dandy Rescue.

    Additionally, she actively engages in speaking engagements at educational institutions and organizations, sharing her story and promoting diversity in tech and higher education.

    Génesis has a strong educational background, including a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor of Science in International Agriculture, Development, & Business from Cornell University.

    She also holds a Certificate of Professional French Proficiency and has been involved in various organizations and roles throughout her career, ranging from industry marketing to retail sales and marketing specialist.
