With a broad interest in technology transfer and global development, Gene is a Principal Economist at Baker McKenzie, a global law firm. Having studied Economics at both Northwestern University and University of Washington, Gene brings applied economics, industrial organization, and labor economics expertise to his work. Gene has worked with companies in biotech, pharma, software, SaaS, and electronic components, service issues in energy or natural resources sectors, and has helped clients make the best practical and defensible business decisions relating to transfer pricing. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Gene worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate and Transfer Pricing Manager.
