Gene Markin

Gene Markin is an experienced litigator with a strong focus on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret litigation, shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, fraud, complex commercial litigation, alternate dispute resolution, and cannabis business law. He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School. Gene Markin currently serves as a Shareholder at Stark & Stark, building on his previous roles as a Litigation Associate at the same firm, Law Clerk at Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett and Bendesky, PC, Managing Director at Excel Tutoring Services, and Summer Intern at Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs.
