Gene Markin is an experienced litigator with a strong focus on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret litigation, shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, fraud, complex commercial litigation, alternate dispute resolution, and cannabis business law. He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School.
