Gene completed his Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics-Law from Bentley University. He started his career as an Associate Retail Planner at ABC Carpet & Home and later worked as a Product Analytics Specialist at Gogotech before joining Williams-Sonoma, Inc. He held several roles at the company, including Director of Product Analytics, Experimentation Specialist, Manager of Product Analytics, and Senior Manager of Digital Optimization.
