Over the course of his career, he has worked with residential, hospitality, commercial, government, retail, manufacturing, industrial, data center, and telecom clientele. Gene has spent the last 5 years in mission-critical data center facilities operations, where he was responsible for quality customer service, estimating, maintenance department management, project management, CMMS, BMS, supply inventory and requisitions, rehab and new construction punch-outs, equipment installations, maintenance agreements, start-ups, HVAC/Electrical control troubleshooting, and service repairs.
