Gemma's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and an MSc in Exercise Physiology, further solidifying her expertise in the realms of sports and exercise.
She is also recognized as an accredited BASES Physiologist and Supervisor, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining high professional standards in her field.
