Partnered with the entire People Team to execute and enable global people processes and make the entire HR lifecycle easy and intuitive for Snyk candidates and employees.

Focus on candidate and employee services - assisting the facilitation of the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as promotions, transfers, acquisitions, and changes - enabling an overall effective timeline and a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

Lead the set up of People Operations capacity within new countries including ensuring all process and documentation is correct including employment contracts and onboarding documentation

Ensure relevant changes and updates are made to employment documentation in country

Design, calibrate and set up processes and foundational record-keeping elements, in the relevant People Systems tools to operate effectively and efficiently and in sync with the HRIS

Continued work with external legal counsel regarding employee matters, relocations and employment law in various countries across EMEA, APJ and America.

Sourcing, interviewing and scheduling interviews, issuing employment contracts and managing candidate and employee data

Building and leading interviewer training. Ensuring interviewers were accurately reflecting the company culture and values when speaking with candidates

Creating hiring processes that could scale and documenting interview processes for each role, including focus areas for interviews

Employment contract creation, maintenance, generation across multiple countries

Arranging travel for Executive level candidates

Created a referral program to incentivise employees to attract great talent to the company

Senior Recruiting Coordinator

​Coordination of interview process for Google candidates across EMEA and worldwide.
Key responsibilities
-   	Coordinating phone, video call, and onsite interviews. As well as meeting candidates onsite, interview room bookings, candidate travel and visas.
-   	Keeping key stakeholders updated on progress of applications, interviews etc.
-   	Communications with candidates regarding interview schedules and availability. Creating exciting and memorable experiences for candidates.

This varied role includes the undertaking of daily tasks such as monitoring internal and external social media accounts, coordinating overseas stock orders, overseeing the design of adverts and sales collateral as well as aspects of product development. 
Multi-tasking and coordinating of assets are key aspects to this role.
