Gemma Chiva Blanch
Gemma Blanch is a professional with an academic background in food science and technology. She pursued her studies at the Facultad de Farmacia, Universidad de Barcelona, where she obtained a Licenciatura en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos.
Currently, Gemma Blanch holds the position of Investigador posdoctoral at the Endocrinology and Nutrition Laboratory CIBEROBN- IDIBAPS, Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Previously, she has served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ICCC-CSIC and Investigador Predoctoral at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Additionally, she has worked as Colaboradora at Facultad de Farmacia, Universidad de Barcelona.
