Gayle has held several high-ranking positions within 3M, including Vice President for New Platforms, Vice President for Global Sustainability, and Technical Director for various departments. Her career at 3M has showcased her expertise in sustainability, innovation, research and development, and strategic management. Prior to her current role, Gayle served as the Director General in Mexico, reflecting her international experience and leadership skills.
