Gayle Allen, Ed.D., MBA

Gayle Allen, Ed.D., MBA is a highly accomplished individual with diverse experience in education, technology, and business. She is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Innovators' Circle, where she helps companies design and implement innovative solutions that drive growth and success. Additionally, Gayle is a Podcast Creator and Host, most known for Curious Minds at Work. She has previously worked as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and Teachers College, Columbia University.

Gayle has received both her MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her Ed.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has been a MIT Sloan Fellow and the Founder and Executive Director of BrightBytes Labs and the Adult Learning Institute. Besides that, she has worked as an Assistant Head, Dean of Faculty, and the Founder and Executive Director of The McCord Grauer Center.
