Continuing onwards with my fifteen years experience in the food and beverage industry has led me to the JRG. A growing network of pub-lounge bars and night clubs. As Bar Leader I work to ensure the workplace meets and exceeds its expectations in terms of staff product knowledge, customer service and cleanliness. This position is one of the final puzzle pieces I needed to fully maximize my FOH skill set. In addition to the Manager on Duty shifts, its nice to be challenged a bit. Future advancement in terms of management would be my ideal at this stage.
