Gavin Jeffs

Gavin Jeffs is an accomplished General Manager with a strong background in the gaming, entertainment and hospitality industries. With skills in team leadership, stakeholder management, and program/project management, Jeffs has developed an impressive reputation as a strategic thinker and executive. Starting his education with Central Queensland University’s Associate's degree in Computer Science, Jeffs’ extensive experience spans several organizations. He has held the role of Program Manager at Crown Resorts, GM QLD Technology and GM Business Technology- IT for The Star Entertainment Group across several departments, including GM Business Technology QLD - Echo Technology (formerly known as Echo Entertainment Group) and Portfolio Manager- IT Casinos (formerly known as Tabcorp) at The Star Entertainment Group. Prior to these roles, he served as Project Manager for the same organization, where he racked up significant achievements. Jeffs’ skills also extend to business process improvement, building strategic partnerships, and product management.
