Gavin Fabian is a prominent technology executive currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at HST Pathways, a leading provider of technology solutions for surgery centers in the United States.14 He has been a member of the Forbes Technology Council since March 2021, an invitation-only community for top technology executives.2
Before joining HST Pathways, Gavin Fabian founded Casetabs in 2014, where he served as CEO.
