Gavin Bain

Gavin Bain is a passionate CEO with a focus on organizational strategy, entrepreneurial creativity, and purposeful ambition. He started his career in client-side roles as a senior and Executive Marketer, then transitioned to the creative agency side in 2003. In 2014, he founded his own agency, Meerkats, and successfully sold it to Wunderman Thompson in 2020.

Gavin's specialties include brand strategy, large-scale transformation projects, cultural change projects, employee and customer experience projects, as well as advisory services. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Edith Cowan University and attended Duncraig Senior High School.
