-  Leading the team responsible for Multimedia stack on Amazon Fire OS devices like Fire TV, Recast.
-  Managing a team of 9 core Audio, Video, DRM  and Android engineers and 3 QA Engineers.
-  Engaging with every member of the team to help them grow their career by providing them relevant opportunities.
-  Partnering with cross functional pillars like product, business development, architecture etc.
-  Closely involved in product operations like roadmap planning, sizing, deliverables commitments etc.
-  Delivered Video Conferencing using Alexa Comms on Fire TV Cube. Started on a concept and led a team to deliver it with a super aggressive schedule during COVID.
-  Mentor for summer interns for 4 years with 100% conversion rate.
-  5 Lateral and vertical promotions in 8 years.

Key member in delivering the Amazon Recast device on time and with a 4.0 customer rating.
-  Lead the media client service and media server stack
-  Worked on the implementation of a proprietary variable bitrate video streaming technology
-  Conceptualized and implemented a new security camera service built on the DVR ecosystem.

Amazon Fire TV and Alexa devices : Among first 15 engineers to work on concept of streaming media player box as First Fire TV and Alexa device in 2012.
-  Worked on different frameworks and Multimedia features for Fire TV like DFU management, 4K Mode change library.
-  Key member in onboarding and supporting partners like Netflix, Youtube, Plex on Fire TV devices.

Card.IO and Stripe technologies that enable Pet Owners to find Pet Sitters in location of
choice
-  Worked in a group of 3 to develop the app and was selected to present at the public demo
day, earning the $5,000 grand prize judged by industry leaders in the mobile community
such as Parse, Box, Facebook, Pinterest and Luvocracy
