He has also been a former Associate Principal at Mckinsey & Company. Bhatnagar is presently a Founding Partner at Co-Creation Partners.

In his previous roles, he has been responsible for research, marketing, and managing marketing teams in companies such as Proctor & Gamble and PepsiCo. At McKinsey, he served as an Associate Principal, advising global clients on their growth strategies, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and evaluating M&A opportunities.
