Gaurav Agarwal is a seasoned veteran with over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate advisory for public and private sectors, particularly in technology and media. With a strong background in Digital Marketing, he has amassed deep industry knowledge and strong relationships with business leaders, private equity firms, and Venture Capital communities. Having lived in the US, UK, and Asia, Gaurav brings in a unique global perspective while guiding management teams through critical processes and transformative transactions. He pursued his MS, BA, Biotechnology, Chemistry, General, and Departmental Honors at The Johns Hopkins University. Before joining Extreme Reach as a Corporate Development Officer, he was a Co-Founder and Partner at Rockdale Partners, and worked as a Principal at Berenson & Company, Vice President at GCA, and Associate at Berenson & Company.
