Directeur Cinematographic Exploration
Gaspar Zurita is a filmmaker and sailor who has been the Director of Cinematographic Exploration since July 2016.2 Born in 1974, he is the son of renowned Chilean poet Raúl Zurita and artist Victoria (Miriam) Martínez, and the nephew of poet Juan Luis Martínez.1
After studying cinema at Universidad Arcis in Chile, Zurita moved to France in 2001, where he has been living for over 15 years.1 He resides on a 10-meter vessel named Zebulon in Marseille.1
Zurita's passion for sailing and cinema led him to develop a unique project called Cinematographic Exploration.
