Gary Wu

Gary Wu is a highly-motivated individual with a strong background in digital advertising and customer success. Currently, he serves as the Regional Director of Client Services APAC at Hivestack, where he plays a vital role in scaling the business and leading the client services team.

Prior to his current role, Gary held various positions that have honed his expertise. He excelled in account management at The Trade Desk, contributing significantly to revenue growth in the Taiwan market and the establishment of the Taipei office.

His experience also includes serving as the APAC customer success professional at Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) and as the first customer success manager for Oracle Marketing Cloud in Greater China & Korea. This role involved managing Martech solutions such as Eloqua, Responsys & Bluekai.

Before Oracle, Gary was instrumental in building pilot products and developing the social marketing & advertising business at Brand Karma, a hospitality analytics SaaS startup that was later acquired.

Gary Wu's educational background includes studying Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan and attending Dalat International School.

His professional journey encompasses roles like Associate Account Director at The Trade Desk, Customer Success Manager at Adobe Commerce, and Director of Digital Services at Circos Brand Karma. Additionally, Gary has experience as a Project Manager at Airtrust (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a Software Engineer at Thales Information Systems, and a Systems Engineer at GS Magicstor Inc.
