Gary Ware

Gary Ware is a sought-after Corporate Facilitator and Keynote Speaker with nearly a decade of experience as performer in improv theatre. He assists teams with unlocking creativity, confidence, and sparks collaboration with experiential methods proven to drive peak performance. With a BS in Interactive Media Design from Art Institute of California-Los Angeles and a BS in Music, Computer Science from San Diego State University-California State University, Gary has a rich and diverse education. He spent over a decade in the corporate world and originally pursued improv to master public speaking. He quickly discovered that combining improv and play could be a powerful solution to achieve various business challenges. Naturally, he created workshops for his team and other executives in his network to deepen relationships and improve creativity. Gary became obsessed on learning how to use play as a transformational tool and as a result, happily transitioned from marketing to pursue facilitation full time. When not facilitating workshops, he was formerly a Teaching Artist at La Jolla Playhouse, Digital Media Specialist at cThru Media, Performer and Instructor at Finest City Improv, and Co-Founder & Chief Strategy officer at Tower33 Digital, Inc. He is also the Founder / Workshop Facilitator / Keynote Speaker / Coach at Breakthrough Play, Director, Digital Experience at i.d.e.a., and Technical, and Operations Manager at RX Technology among many other roles.
