Gary Moore

Gary Moore began his legal career at the Boccardo Law Firm, the largest plaintiffs' personal injury firm in California during his tenure, before founding his practice in 1976 with a focus on personal injury and civil litigation.

Throughout his career, Gary has been active as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, a role he continues to hold. He has also served as an Arbitrator for Kaiser Medical Negligence cases, showcasing his expertise in the field.

With over 15 years of experience in Arbitration and Mediation, Gary established his practice dedicated to alternative dispute resolution, where he aids parties in resolving legal matters outside of traditional court processes.

His specialties include civil litigation, medical negligence, products liability, and business dissolution, demonstrating a broad spectrum of legal knowledge and capabilities.

Gary pursued his legal education at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he earned his JD. Prior to that, he studied Public Administration with a Business Minor at San Jose State University, enhancing his understanding of both legal and business aspects.
