Gary Mintz (he/him), Head of Commercial Legal at Miro

Gary Mintz is an accomplished attorney and executive with a unique combination of legal and business experience. He currently serves as the Head of Commercial Legal at Miro, a position he has held since July 2021.1

Prior to joining Miro, Mintz held several senior legal roles at Anaplan, including Associate General Counsel and Director of Legal for the Americas and APAC regions from May 2019 to July 2021.1 In this position, he managed legal support for all commercial and partner transactions in those regions, led a global team of commercial attorneys and contract negotiators, and established partner relationships with various departments.1

Before Anaplan, Mintz was a Partner at Dalsin Law, LLP from October 2013 to November 2017, where he served technology companies in high-tech commercial and transactional matters.1 He also held in-house legal counsel roles at Latitude Communications, Inc. and Commerce One earlier in his career.1

Mintz received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business, with minors in Psychology and Sociology.1 He later earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law.1
