Gary Broidis

Gary M. Broidis is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, with a career spanning over two decades.

After his initial stint on Wall Street with Oppenheimer & Co., he transitioned into commercial real estate and has since been instrumental in the leasing, management, and redevelopment of more than 1,500,000 square feet of retail properties across various states.

In 1995, Gary co-founded Net Properties Corp., a pioneering Real Estate Internet firm that was later acquired by a major advertising company in New York City.

Upon relocating to South Florida in 1997, he joined the Lefmark Group, actively participating in the redevelopment of over 20 major retail projects in the region.

Gary's portfolio includes notable projects such as Kendall Mall, Northridge Shopping Center, and Plaza at Delray, where he played a pivotal role in redeveloping and re-tenanting commercial spaces.

Having significant experience in redeveloping Kmart stores by securing various national and regional anchor tenants, Gary has established a track record of successful leasing and redevelopment projects.

Post his tenure at Lefmark Group, he continued his involvement in the leasing and redevelopment of over 700,000 square feet of retail properties, further solidifying his presence in the industry.

In 2000, Gary founded Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. where he is currently based in Delray Beach, FL, focusing on brokerage, tenant representation, and investment sales of retail and office properties in the South Florida market.

He actively engages in the exclusive representation of national and regional retailers and office tenants, demonstrating his versatile skill set in the commercial real estate domain.

With a strong educational background, Gary holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of NY at Oneonta and an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, which have undoubtedly contributed to his expertise and success in the industry.

Through his leadership as President of Atlantic Commercial Group and his prior roles at EXPLORetail and as the Founder & President of The Retail Bus Tour, Gary has established himself as a prominent figure in the commercial real estate sector.

His comprehensive experience encompasses all aspects of land acquisition, development, and dispositions, with notable involvements in high-profile deals such as Walmart's outparcels in the South Florida market from 2004 to 2015, extending up to St. Lucie County.
