Gary Knight

Gary Knight, Executive Director of San Diego Futures Foundation, is a prominent figure in the nonprofit sector with over 20 years of experience managing and overseeing organizations aimed at improving the lives of San Diego residents through technology.

With a background in executive management, strategic planning, and profit and nonprofit board experience, Gary has played an active role in various boards, committees, and advisory groups, including County of San Diego Social Services Advisory Board, Escondido Library Board of Trustees, and Small Business Development Center Advisory Board, among others.

Gary is a dedicated professional, with a passion for bridging the digital divide in San Diego by providing equipment, software, training, services, and technical support to nonprofits and disadvantaged residents. His expertise in identifying labor market needs and developing innovative solutions has been honed through his position as a board member for the Workforce Investment Board, Escondido Workforce Development Roundtable, and Leadership North County Visioning Board Chair, among others.
