Gary Hill is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, and human resources. He currently serves as a Venture Partner at Motley Fool Ventures, which is the venture capital arm of The Motley Fool, focusing on investments in innovative companies.
Before his role at Motley Fool Ventures, Gary was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of The Motley Fool, contributing significantly to the company's growth and culture. His extensive background includes experience in commercial banking and investment banking, as well as responsibilities in raising private equity and debt, negotiating partnerships, and developing compensation structures.
In addition to his venture capital work, Gary is also an executive coach and strategy consultant at Groove Management, where he has been coaching CEOs and founders since 2017.
