Contractual review of new software license deals and management of the company's deferred revenue. Manage all the invoicing for new license sales, professional services, maintenance renewals and SaaS and hosting for the company. Financial management of the company incentive compensation program. Preparation of due diligence financial schedules requested by potential investors in support of potential sale.

Instrumental in the acquisition of three small companies to help diversify the technical capabilities of iWave in order to attract potential potential buyers. Led the finance, tax and human resource functions in the successful sale of iWave to EMC in December 2012.

Responsible for all treasury and accounts receivable due diligence for sale of company to Oracle in August 2008. Worked in transition role for Oracle until December 2008.
