LawTake is an exciting startup business focusing on making legal information accessible to everyone.  We are in the process of creating a beta website that focuses on creative ways to present complicated legal matters to online customers.  I originally joined LawTake to help develop the financial section of their business plan and am now acting as an advisor in all aspects of finance and business strategy.  

Key accomplishments include:

-researching online legal market trends and developing key metrics; 
-modeling operating finances and creating pro forma financial statements; 
-networking and presenting business plan to angel investors;
-development and tracking of shareholder tracking program;
-developed advertising program/researched target demographic makeup

As Jones Environmental is a small business, my daily duties range from exploring business development projects and modeling their projected financial consequences to enacting various marketing strategies, or even helping out with operational activities.  These variety of tasks have challenged all aspects of my professional and educational knowledge and have instilled a firm, comprehensive understanding of managing and growing a business.

Accomplishments:

-Developed, secured financing, and implemented a business growth strategy forecasted to double revenues within one year and increase net profit margins by 20%.

-Updated financial management to include accurate cost and revenue modeling as well as creating unique metrics to monitor company progression.

-Implemented new marketing strategies which included brand development, gathering new sources of market data, and increasing exposure into new media.
