Gary Bryant

Gary Bryant is a General Manager with a rich background of over 25 years in the Power Generation industry.

His expertise includes Engineering, Energy Management, Asset Optimization, Renewable Energy Development, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission and Distribution Infrastructure, as well as Power Plant optimization and modification.

He brings a unique skill set to the table including strong contract negotiation and administration abilities, which he has honed over the years.

Gary holds a Diploma of Law and has pursued higher education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Honours) in Chemistry, Class 1 from the University of Newcastle.

Throughout his career, Gary has held key positions such as General Manager Asset Strategy at Alinta Energy, Manager New Technologies and Markets at AGL Energy, General Manager Power Development at Alinta Energy, and roles in organizations like the Western Australia Department of Mines, The Institution of Engineers Australia, and Redbank Power.

Gary Bryant's experience as a Senior Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Newcastle has further enriched his knowledge and expertise in the field.
