Currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain Excellence at Ryder, he oversees sales support, operational excellence, new offer development, solutions design, program management, quality management, and reengineering.

Before joining Ryder, Mr. Allen held leadership positions at Ernst & Young, DHL Supply Chain, Capgemini, and FedEx Supply Chain Services, accumulating diverse experience in product development, innovation, solution design, and operations excellence.

His academic background includes a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
