    Garth Schaefer is a seasoned traveler and passionate problem solver with a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Sculpture. His experience teaching sustainable agriculture and cloud forest conservation in the Peace Corps has instilled in him a deep appreciation for creativity, innovation, and environmental stewardship. His work promoting service-learning at the Colorado Department of Education and volunteer experience in countries like Nepal, India, Iceland, and New Zealand have honed his skills in community building and sustainability. With a Master's Degree in Integrated Resource Management, Garth specializes in land management, including wildfire mitigation, noxious weeds management, native landscaping, trailwork, facilities management, and beekeeping. His involvement with the InventRight community has further fueled his passion for creative thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship, and problem solving. Garth's ability to navigate diverse situations independently while fostering positive relationships, even amidst challenges, underscores his strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Driven by creativity, adventure, and magic, he is eager to contribute his diverse skill set and problem-solving mindset to any project or team.
