Garry's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a Certified Hotel Administrator certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and a General Studies High School Diploma from Needham High School.

Throughout his career, Garry has held various key positions such as Area General Manager at Sightline Hospitality, General Manager at The Axiom Hotel, Area General Manager at Kokua Hospitality, and roles at well-known establishments like Hard Rock Hotel Orlando, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Additionally, Garry has served in consultant roles, focusing on Hospitality Consulting, and has been part of opening team task forces for prominent hotels like GRAND HYATT DFW, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, and Hyatt Regency St. Lucia.

In his earlier roles, Garry has displayed versatility by taking on responsibilities in rooms management, housekeeping, engineering, public areas, reservations & revenue, guest services, and front office management at various Hyatt properties, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, and Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza.
