Garrick Respress is a seasoned transformational leader with a passion for helping large corporations manage their workforce and navigate complex regulations. With a background in management consulting and human resources, Respress has worked with some of the world's biggest names in industries such as Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods & Retail. He has also gained extensive international experience, having worked with clients in Asia, Europe, Central America, and Australia.

Respress holds an impressive education background, including a High School Diploma from the Honors/Gifted Program at Northside High School, a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University, an M.Ed in Collaborative Teaching & Learning from Florida Southern College, and an MBA in Business Management from Tennessee Technological University.

Throughout his career, Respress has held various leadership roles, including his current position as Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Randstad USA. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Client Development at BGRS in charge of TripWise and Extended Business Travel in the Americas region. He has also served as the Regional Vice President at MSI Global Talent Solutions and Global Director, Business Development & Strategy- HR Consulting Group at York & Wellston.

Respress has a wealth of expertise in human capital management, employee retention, talent management, and global workforce management. He is also experienced in team building/leadership, client relationship management, and business development.
